Should Our Kids Be Preservative Free?

Should Our Kids Be Preservative Free?

I think this is an impossible ask, but if we can at least make a dissimilarity to our kids diet and allow them to consume a itsybitsy less preservatives then maybe just maybe we as parents may be a itsybitsy more sane and not have to deal with as many behavioural outbursts. Well, that's just a view and in some case a dream as well.

Sticking to a preservative free diet does need quite a bit of work and commitment, of which sometimes I tend to lack, but when I do stick to it, I believe it does make a difference.

There have been times with my daughters, particularly my 2 year old where they have easily gone a itsybitsy mad and it has been directly after curious the wrong type of food. If may be a itsybitsy treat or even a supposed 'healthy snack' but if it has a confident preservative in it, then it doesn't matter if it's a lolly, chocolate, dried fruit or a muesli bar. For my children if it has the preservative 220 in it, then my kids can have a easily bad reaction and end up incredibly hyperactive.

Many of these preservatives used to flare up my eldest daughters asthma a few years ago and so I learnt to stay clear of them, but now it seems that almost every food we consume is laden with preservatives that are no good for us and preservatives that can work on our behaviour and that of our children in a very detrimental way.

The preservatives, that I believe should be avoided as much as possible are E200-203; E210-219: E220-227; E230-232. All of these preservatives have a tendency to bring on headaches and can ensue in stomach or intestinal upsets. They can also increase hyperactivity in kids and can make asthma worse.

I am not infallible and I do sometimes get slack but I easily do observation a dissimilarity when I stick to this diet. My 2 year old throws a lot less tantrums and my 6 year old doesn't seem to be as tired or get as many headaches. I observation with myself as well, that my stomach doesn't tend to react or come to be bloated if I stay away from these preservatives as much as possible.

If I can give my daughters healthy snacks, like homemade icypoles instead of the bought ones, made with fresh fruit and ice then at least I know what I am putting into their itsybitsy systems. Possibly too sorbets or home made cakes are worth sticking too instead of all the processed bought stuff that nowadays seem to adorn our shelves. As I said before at least we know what goes into the food that we make, as opposed to what person else makes in a shop or supermarket operating purely for profit.

By the way, I am not suggesting that we all throw out our store bought stuff and resort to production all our own food, as these days I realise how busy we all are and how un-realistic that is. Life is so busy that sometimes it can be hard just production healthy sandwiches, but even if we elect to no longer buy one or two items that are laden with these preservatives, we will still be doing our kids an colossal favour.

I say let's think of our kids and make our life easier by hopefully having to deal with less upset stomachs, less headaches and less behavioural problems. And remember next time you go shopping, look for these preservatives on the food labels and see if you can find a best alternative. Good luck and happy shopping.

Nightwoods by Charles Frazier: A Review

Nightwoods by Charles Frazier: A Review

Nightwoods main character, Luce, is the caretaker of an abandoned, decaying summer lodge on a lake in Appalachia. Frazier aptly describes a lodge in disrepair- a metaphor for the losses in Luce's life. But she is happy and at peace. Unconfined, her solitary life takes on an ethereal quality.

Until the children. She took her murdered sister's children because the state said they would be separated if she didn't. The pyromaniac twins with a propensity for violence remind her in no way of her sweet departed sister. The "bad patch" they had been through was so devastating that they retreat into dark, secret places inside. One wonders how Luce musters the money and resourcefulness to care for the children after the shocking events of her own life.

Luce is the driving force in the novel. She values her freedom and solitude. She has mysticism and quiet strength about her. "What I want most is the ability to whistle the song of every bird in the area."

Charles Frazier, author of Pulitzer Prize winner Cold Mountain, is a skilled wordsmith. The book is rich in description and the author casts a spell over us with Luce's character. Frasier's omission of the use of quotation marks is a mystery to this reviewer. Although we follow a circuitous route to figure out the story lines, the plodding plot comes together in the end. Nightwoods is aptly titled. The book is dark. Despite the violence wreaked upon humans, the peaceful and mysterious woods, home to soothing cricket sounds, hover over the book as a main character.

Random House through Library Thing graciously supplied the review copy for my unbiased opinion.

How To Play Fairway Woods At Golf? Learn The Secrets To Hitting Them Long And Straight Every Time!

How To Play Fairway Woods At Golf? Learn The Secrets To Hitting Them Long And Straight Every Time!

With golfers playing well into their 70's and above these days it's become increasingly important to learn how to play your fairway woods at golf. They provide that extra distance that is needed to reach longer par 3's, 4's and even par 5's.

It is a shot though that still troubles even the most seasoned golfer. Because of the distance the ball travels off the club face there is always more margin for error. With this being the case you need to understand the basics of what is required to a hit a nice, solid fairway wood shot off the grass.

Here are my 4 most important tips to playing great fairway woods every time:

(1) Always ensure you have a good lie, whether the ball is in the rough or on the fairway. On the fairway you need the ball to be sitting on a flat, even spot that makes it easy to make clean contact. Downhill, uneven lies or sitting down in the thick rough are not recommended for fairway woods because they make it too difficult to slide the club underneath the golf ball.

(2) Play the ball toward the front of your stance just inside your left heal (right hander). This will ensure you hit the golf ball on the up which will result in a nice, rising trajectory.

(3) Aim to the hit the ball about 1 inch in front of it and finish about 2 inches past the point of contact. The best way to play it is to visualise a sweeping action just like you are sweeping the floor with a broom. There is no hitting down on the golf ball like you do with an iron shot. It is purely a smooth, sweeping motion through the impact zone and the club head just gets in the way. Make sure you don't try to lift or scoop the club head through impact. This will result in a lot of mishit and poorly timed golf shots.

(4) Lastly, ensure you make a slow, smooth downswing and through the impact zone. Fairway woods are designed to go a long way so you don't need to swing hard to get the job done. In fact quite often, an easier swing with little effort will result in a much longer and straighter shot then a more aggressive one.

Give these tips a try and enjoy the feeling that comes with hitting great fairway woods around the golf course.

health insurance fellowships

health insurance fellowships

Health insurance is a promise of financial recompense against any unforeseen curative expenses. A health insurance company is an club that provides health insurance policies that individuals can buy to safe them and their families against any loss. Health insurance fellowships offer many types of health insurance plans namely private health insurance plans, group health insurance plans, indemnity health insurance plans and managed care health insurance plans. private health insurance plans can be purchased by individuals to cover them in case of any major curative expense. Group health insurance plans are normally purchased by the employers for their employees to provide coverage for their as well as their families' curative expenses. private health insurance is more expensive than group health insurance. Group health insurance premiums are paid by the employers. However, in clear cases, employees too contribute towards it.

However, each health insurance company will have its own unique procedure of providing cover as well as services to the insured party. Thus, it is prominent to understand what is covered under a singular procedure and what is excluded. health insurance fellowships control straight through their web portals. What a Canadian Should Know Before Buying U.S. Real Estate

What a Canadian Should Know Before Buying U.S. Real Estate

Many Canadians are dreaming of heading south for the winter, but not just to beat the cold. They have real estate investing on their minds. Our strong dollar combined with a collapsing housing store in the U.S. Spells opportunity for many. But Canada and the U.S.A are not the same country, and as much as we have in common we have differences. Any Canadian investor inspecting putting money in the U.S. Should have a basic comprehension of some key differences in the middle of buying real estate in Canada versus buying real estate in the U.S. So, before you start putting your loonies in Florida or Texas, read on.

Tax Systems:

Talk to an accountant that is experienced with American real estate venture as the countries differ considerably in terms of taxation of venture properties.

In the U.S.

1031 Exchanges allow the capital gains from the sale of an venture property to be deferred and rolled into a purchase of a similar type of property if it's bought within 180 days. This can be done many times allowing capital gains to be deferred until the end asset is ultimately disposed of and not replaced; If capital gains are realized (property is sold and cash is received), the seller is taxed at 15% of the total net gain (as long as the property was owned for more than 1 year, if less than, the rate is much higher); property taxes tend to be similar to those in Canada, however, if you are a Canadian and own a property in a Southern state like Florida or California, you may have much higher "non-resident" property taxes than either the locals or if you spend in other U.S. States; Similar to Canadian tax laws, you will not be taxed on your primary residence, however, in the U.S., you can write-off the interest expensed on your home.

Compare this to Canada

Sell your venture property in Canada and you'll pay capital gains tax on 50% of the net gain. Canada does not yet have the option of deferring the gain through an exchange. The "gain" or "loss" gets added to your wage and your are taxed at the applicable rate (which could be much higher than the acceptable 15% rate in the U.S.); Similar to in the U.S., expenses related with retention an venture property can be written off against your taxable income. See two previous articles for tax time tips: Part 1 and Part 2.

Before you send your loonie south this winter:

resolve if there are "non-resident" property taxes applicable in the city/state you are considering; If you already own in the States and sell the property (and don't buy an additional one there to use the 1031 exchange strategy) you'll be required to pay U.S. Taxes on the sale. You pay the U.S. First, but still have to file the tax return in Canada (showing the taxes paid in the States). Thus, you'll only pay once (you get a tax reputation applied to your Canada taxes), but you have to file 2 returns (February/March 2008 Money Sense has a great article on this issue); Rental wage requires two filings for taxes as well. You must claim the wage (and expenses) in both countries, pay the applicable taxes, and get a reputation for your Canadian taxes.
Lending differences in the middle of Canada and the U.S.:

The "credit crunch" or "subprime store meltdown" has had a dramatic impact on the U.S. Lending environment, and has trickled over the border to Canada. Because of the economic crisis, lender guidelines and policies have changed dramatically in both countries. In the U.S., there were many mortgages given to just about any candidate. The phrase "ninja" loan was coined in the U.S. The acronym standing for "no income, no job, no assets". Many individuals were given mortgages beyond their means. When the first large phase of Arm (adjustable rate mortgages) began to raise their rates, foreclosures began popping up all over the nation. Canadians need not fear the same crash here thanks to very dissimilar lending environments.

In the U.S.

Hundreds of banks over the country with hundreds of differences in lending policies and guidelines; Licensing varies over each state for who can be a mortgage broker. In some states no testing or licensing is required at all! Bank regulation is controlled at the state and federal level, again perhaps prominent to less accurate lending criteria from one bank or lender to another.

And in Canada

One federally-regulated Bank Act that controls what banks can and cannot do over Canada; Only 5 major banks in Canada that control a large majority of all banking divisions; All of the Big 5 Banks in Canada are able to lend funds for mortgages, but they have also acquired (and oversee) many of the licensed trust and brokerage fellowships (which lend money as well); Mortgage brokers are provincially regulated in Canada, but the majority of provinces want allembracing training, and the prosperous completion of a licensing test.
Economic Conditions in Canada and the U.S.:

The Canadian cheaper continues to enjoy good economic times with historically low unemployment rates, increased wages, and housing appreciation. At the same time, a recession has been lurking in the U.S. Many areas of the U.S. Are experiencing depreciating houses, high unemployment rates, and deteriorating buyer confidence.

There could be some real bargains to be found in the U.S. As foreclosures pile up, property/houses depreciate (well into double digits in some States - Florida, Michigan, California), and our Canadian dollar continues to sit colse to par with the greenback. But before you take the plunge, do your research. Most economists still believe we are in the midst of the subprime fiasco. They forecast continued depreciation over the nation (obviously much worse in some areas than others) for the good part of two years. So, unless you de facto know an area is going to get good soon, I personally, would wait and see what the summer and early 2009 has to bring. The election, the war, federal policies to "bail-out" millions of credit-burdened borrowers, and the worst part of the subprime scenario which is thinkable, to hit in the fall of 2008, are all factors that will impact venture in the advent year, and it's a gamble to buy without knowing what will happen. But, with the strong dollar, it's a good time to head south and start looking for that dream home in Florida, isn't it?

Some final thoughts (in this article anyways) on investing in the U.S. Real estate market. If you are intent on purchasing in the U.S. And are a Canadian habitancy residing in Canada, the following three ways may help you secure financing:

Take out a mortgage in the U.S. through a U.S. Based bank owned by a Canadian one such as Rbc Centura or Bank of Montreal's Harris Bank; purchase using all cash so you don't have to deal with cross border financing issues (e.g., pull equity out of your home or other Canadian properties or ask your rich aunt for money!) to buy down south; and originate a corporation in the U.S. With assets (a retention enterprise will not work as it needs to have equity or be generating revenue) which can secure the mortgage from a U.S. Lender.

Three Things Every Resume Should Have

Three Things Every Resume Should Have

A winning resume goes beyond the basics of contact information, chronological work contact and your education.  To have your resume stand out above the hundreds of others, you need to take it to other level.  Here are three tips for enhancing your resume to get you noticed:

An objective with focus - A resume which doesn't have an objective is like having an airplane ticket with no destination.  It's a huge speculation in ambiguity.  Tell your employer exactly what you are finding for.  Make it sound focused and dynamic.  It doesn't have to be more than one statement and avoid using "I" or "my".  An example is, "a strategic role in buyer aid administration in a fast-paced environment".  uncomplicated and yet direct.

Accomplishments - Employers are no longer finding for What you did, but How Well you did it.  Don't simply list all of your duties and responsibilities.  Make at least one or two bullet items illustrate what you achieved.  For example, "saved the company million by implementing a new tracking database" Or "achieved 130% of quota for three quarters in a row."  Put these in bold so they catch the readers eye.

Personal Attributes - When I read a resume, I like to know more about the person.  It's difficult to convey this in a document, so add a section titled "personal attributes".  List some power words which report you and your work style and put them in a phrase.  Words that work well include, enthusiastic, high energy, strong work ethic, strategic thinker, innovative, creative, hard working, dedicated, loyal and team player.  Just remember to think about what exactly you want your resume reader to know about you and keep it professional.  Things like "strong family man" and "active church member" don't report to the job and therefore, don't belong on your resume.

Take your resume up a notch by together with these three aspects in your resume.  You will convey more about what you can offer an employer and stand out above the others!

Rent to Own storehouse Sheds - Why You Should Think Twice

Rent to Own storehouse Sheds - Why You Should Think Twice

In the storage shed business, the rent to own shop has made a big splash. You can hardly drive straight through any town these days without see many road side displays of rent to own storage sheds, most of which advertise "Mennonite Built". I would like to point out a few of my personal observations and feelings concerning this marketing tool that is being used, and quite successfully I might add.

We have been In the storage shed enterprise for approximately 20 years, I have personally taken the time to study the possibility of tapping into this supplementary shop myself, and have been approached by lenders who are more than willing to work with me in this endeavor, but I have a qoute with gift this, generally my conscience.

Let me justify this Rent to Own deal in a puny detail. Most all business's gift this pushes the no credit check and low monthly payments. This sounds good, doesn't it! It's not until you assuredly start to look at these deals do you assuredly get a picture that what of what you are signing up for. Usually the Rent to Own deal will wish you to pay a deposit (depending on the size 0. 00-500. 00 down), plus the first months payment. All these deals have a rather lengthy and detailed ageement you must sign, you assuredly need a lawyer to result all the fine print. All the contracts I have seen, Include:

a) paying payments for 36 mo.s

b) Early pay off is allowed, but any cost you have paid only 60% will be applied to the customary purchase price

c) In the event of repossession of the shed, lose all deposits and payments

d) If your shed is repossessed, the cost of the dismissal of the shed is expensed back to you

e) Any contents of the shed, if repossessed, will become the property of the company

f) Any damage to your property during delivery or pick up, or yard is your responsibility

g) A . 00/mo. Late fee is assessed for any late payments

On face value these do not seem so un-reasonable, although most citizen doing these deals probably never understand or care about these details, but the real kicker is the interest rate on these structure is Usually nearby 35-40% of financing charges.

Lets break that down for you:

00.00. storage shed
4.00 in sales tax
84.00 total cost of barn

Doing a Rent to Own on a 84.00 will cost you about 5.00/mo multiplied by 36 months you would assuredly pay about 00.00 for that same barn. Now I build 75-100 of these storage sheds every year and my behalf margins on this same storage shed would be about 0.00 if I was lucky. Something does not add up here I can make 0.00 or about 20% and the rent to own associates are production about 00.00 and that's if you do make all the payments. If you fail to make the cost and it's repossessed, they keep the money you have paid and resell the same barn over, on the same deal. Talking about compound interest

I assuredly have no qoute with associates production a profit, but my real qoute with Rent to Own is that I feel we are taking benefit of people. Let's face it anything with any financial insight can see this for what it is A Rip Off. In most cases these are citizen have with poor or no credit. Most of the time they are putting what they want ahead of what they assuredly need. Much like "You Tote The Note" car lots and "Cash Advance" businesses the "Rent To Own" shed enterprise preys on citizen who have made poor choices, don't know good or unfortunate condition have put them in bad financial situations. In any case I think production money off citizen that can least afford to be paying absorbent interest rates. If they can't gain reasonable financing or save and pay for out right, then they probably don't assuredly need it.

Should Recycling Be Mandatory?

Should Recycling Be Mandatory?

Today, there is so much of emphasis on preserving the environment and protecting natural surroundings. Much of the damage to natural surroundings is caused by toxic waste substances. These substances are the by-products of manufactured items that decay over a time period. Natural substances can disintegrate into the environment leaving no room for damage but not toxic substances. Environmental damage by toxic substances can be eliminated by adopting recycling practices.

Recycling seeks to eliminate environmental waste by reproducing items from waste products and bringing them back into use. There are principal advantages to recycling, which is why it should be made mandatory. Recycling brings down the level of waste that is put into landfills. Landfills hold waste matter, but what they cannot forestall is the leaking of toxic chemicals into water bodies and this is witnessed even in the case of engineered landfills.

At times, solid waste is not put into landfills and is burnt for the purpose of generating electricity, but the downside of this is that there is increased carbon dioxide and greenhouse gas emanating as a result, once again causing damaging to the environment. Such problems can be eliminated by recycling waste products. Actually, it has been noted that recycling can forestall 70 tons of waste from being put into landfills every year. If recycling programs are made mandatory, it is potential to save tons of recyclable products from being out into already huge landfills.

Nationwide there are rising manufacturing costs and this is increasing expenditure for everyone. Recycling waste products can help to bring down such costs. For example, manufacturing an item from an former raw material is going to cost more than making it straight through recycling process. Recycling promotes vigor efficiency. It can also stop environment damage that results by manufacturing obvious products. For example, cutting down of trees or mining can follow in principal soil erosion, which is reduced by recycling.

Recycling is a huge manufactures with distinct recycling programs available for distinct products. There are lots of benefits arrival from this process such as cost-reduction, vigor efficiency and conservation. It also provides employment to a lot of habitancy and when done on a large scale, it can bring principal benefits to the economy. It cuts down in electricity usage, garbage range and also the cost of land filling. Since recycling provides principal cost benefits as well as environmental protection, it is vital to make it mandatory in every country.

Argentina - The Heart of South American Agricultural Trade

Outside of South America, Argentina is probably known more as the birthplace of the Tango and the romanticized icon Evita Peron. In terms of the country's impact on global affairs, Argentina is also known by historians as an ally to Germany and Italy while World War Ii - having harbored a amount of war criminals - yet in new years the country has maintained amiable terms with the United States and South American nations once considered political and economic rivals. Trade agreements with South American neighbors have helped Argentina grow as an foremost agricultural trade partner.

As a member of Mercosur, one of the largest free trade zones in the world, Argentina is linked with Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay in a coarse tax applied to all imports brought into the continent, yet the majority of inter-group trading is accomplished with Brazil. While Argentina does not score as high as other countries globally in terms of gross domestic product, it is the third largest cheaper in the continent, bolstered in part by aggressive increase throughout the twentieth century despite long periods of inflation.

Today, Argentina relies upon its agricultural and tourism industries to declare the economy, with secondary industries active in mining and construction. Top exports from Argentina to her primary trade partners - among them Brazil, the United States, and Chile - include:

Soybeans - Soybeans and byproducts are Argentina's largest export crop. Practically 40 million tons of soybeans are produced annually, with the majority exported not for human consumption but for processing into animal feed.

Cereal grains - Practically 13 million metric tons of rice, wheat, and other grains are harvested annually in the country, production Argentina one of the top exporters of cereal grains in the world.

Natural gas and petroleum - Despite an power emergency early in the 21st century that resulted in a short of natural gas reserves, this remains a strong export, high in quiz, among trade partners.

Fruits and vegetables - Citrus fruits are an foremost crop in the country's agricultural industry, as well as grapes which are highly prized for wine harvesting.

As Argentina is primarily an agricultural nation, imports of an market nature are very foremost to declare a good balance in the country's industries. Brazil, the country's main export partner, provides Argentina with the bulk of their imported goods as well - accounting for nearly one-third of the broad incoming trade. Argentina continues to work toward construction its domestic economy. As a major force in South America, continued relations with other top trade nations may help increase awareness of the nation's agricultural assets and in turn boost other sectors.

Steel Buildings in Alaska

Steel Buildings in Alaska

The harsh and varied Alaskan climate calls for durable and flexible commercial steel buildings that can cope with everything from warm summers to powerful blizzards and tectonic activity. The climate of Alaska varies a lot from region to region and this must be taken into account when choosing between steel building designs. Alaska's interior is renowned for its sub-artic climate where the winters can bring temperatures down to −60 °F (-51 °C). Many people erroneously believe that the cold interior is subjected to a lot of snowfall, but the truth is that the annual precipitation often stays below 10 inches (250 mm). This means that cold - not heavy snow - is the primary weather condition to take into account when you purchase a commercial steel building for the Alaska interior.

In the northernmost parts of Alaska, the climate is polar with short, cool summers and very long winters. The short summer does not bring the warm temperatures of the interior and even in July the average low temperature stays around 34 °F (1 °C). Getting a building that makes it easy to add plenty of insulation is therefore very important.

The wettest and warmest part of Alaska is the southeast coastal region, where the climate is similar to the oceanic climate of Seattle. South-eastern Alaska is the only part of Alaska where the average daytime high temperature is above the freezing point during the winter months. Since the climate in this region is much moister than in the rest of Alaska it places special requirements on both residential and commercial buildings.

In western Alaska, the climate is subarctic oceanic in the south and continental subarctic in the north. The expected annual precipitation varies a lot depending on which part of western Alaska you plan on erecting your steel building in; from 10 inches in the parts of the northernmost regions to 100 inches in a few locations between Dillingham and Bethel.

English Literature: Why Should We Study It?

English Literature: Why Should We Study It?

When we dip into the rich collection of novels, poems, and plays which constitute English Literature we are reading works which have lasted for generations, or centuries, and they have lasted because they are good. These works say something worth saying, and say it with artistry strong adequate to survive while lesser works drop into obscurity.

Literature is part of our cultural heritage which is freely ready to everyone, and which can enrich our lives in all kinds of ways. Once we have broken the barriers that make learning literature seem daunting, we find that literary works can be entertaining, beautiful, funny, or tragic. They can transport profundity of thought, richness of emotion, and comprehension into character. They take us beyond our tiny feel of life to show us the lives of other people at other times. They stir us intellectually and emotionally, and deepen our comprehension of our history, our society, and our own personel lives.

In great writing from the past we find the England of our ancestors, and we not only see the country and the people as they were, but we also soak up the climate of the times through the language itself, its vocabulary, grammar, and tone. We would only have to think the writing of Chaucer, Shakespeare, Boswell, Dickens, and Samuel Beckett side by side to see how the way writers use language embodies the cultural climate of their time.

Literature can also give us glimpses of much earlier ages. Glimpses of Celtic Ireland in the poetry of W. B. Yeats, or of the Romans in Shakespeare's plays, for example, can take us in our imaginations back to the roots of our culture, and the sense of continuity and convert we get from surveying our history enhances our comprehension of our modern world.

Literature can enrich our feel in other ways too. London, for example, is all the more arresting a city when behind what we see today we see the London known to Dickens, Boswell and Johnson, or Shakespeare. And our feeling for nature can be deepened when a scenery calls to mind images from, say, Wordsworth, Thomas Hardy, or Ted Hughes.

The world of English literature consists, apart from anyone else, of an overwhelming array of characters, from the noble to the despicable - representations of people from all walks of life engaged in all kinds of activities. through their characters great authors transport their insights into human nature, and we might find that we can great understand people we know if we recognise in them characteristics we have encountered in literature. maybe we see that a inevitable man's behaviour resembles that of Antony in Antony and Cleopatra, or a inevitable woman is rather like The Wife of Bath in Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. looking such similarities can help us to understand and accept other people.

Good works of literature are not museum pieces, preserved and studied only for historical interest. They last because they remain fresh, transcending as well as embodying the era in which they were written. Each reader reading each work is a new and unique event and the works speak to us now, telling us truths about human life which are relevant to all times.

We don't have to read far before we find that a writer has portrayed a character who is in some way like us, confronting life-experiences in some way like our own and when we find ourselves caught up with the struggles of a character maybe we are rehearsing the struggles to come in our own lives. And when we are moved by a poem it can enrich us by putting words to feelings which had lain dormant for lack of a way of expressing them, or been long-forgotten in the daily round of the workplace, the supermarket, the traffic jam, and the Tv News.

We can gain a lot from literature in many ways, but the most rewarding experiences can come in those moments when we feel the author has communicated something personally to us, one personel to another. Such moments can help validate our personal feel at a depth which is rarely reached by daily life or the mass media.

So why do we need to study English Literature, instead of just reading it? Well, we don't need to, but when visiting a country for the first time it can help to have books by people who have been there before by our side.

When we start to read literature, particularly older works, we have to accept that we are not going to get the instant gratification that we have come to be used to from popular entertainment. We have to make an effort to adapt to the writer's use of language, and to appreciate the ideas he is offering. Critics can help us make that transition, and can help fill out our comprehension by telling us something about the public climate in which a work was written, or about the personal circumstances of the author while he was writing it.

We are not going to enjoy every literary work, and there may be times when we find reading a critic is more arresting than reading the actual work. Reading the work of a good critic can be edifying in itself. manufacture the effort to shape our own thoughts into an essay is also an edifying experience, and just as good literature lasts, so do the personal benefits that we gain from learning and writing about it.

Whether we select to study it or read it for pleasure, when we look back over our literature we are looking back over expected richness. Not just museum pieces, but living works which we can buy in bookshops, borrow from the library, or download from the internet and read today, right now.

Robotic Pharmacists - Drug Dispensing Made Easy

Robotic Pharmacists - Drug Dispensing Made Easy

Pharmacists have a tough job, aside from reading illegible prescriptions, and ensuring that only the right pharmaceutical drugs are dispensed, they have to constantly run colse to stockrooms seeing for drugs. However, some pharmacies may have already found a clarification in the form of robotic pharmacists.

Recently, a new set of robotic dispensers, christened as "robodispensers," were introduced at Leicester's hospitals' pharmacies. These robots are big machines, about eight meters in size, and are high-priced too, with each piece costing about Us$ 463,530.

The New Age Dispensers

The new age pharmacists seem to be clever and productive machines, as they can tirelessly work round the clock and not need even a cat's nap. They can accurately uncover and dispense 700 medicines a day - 60 per hour, in increasing to storing 25,000 packs of medicines.

When a pharmacy technician asks the robots to fetch a pack of a singular pharmaceutical - patent or a generic drug, the on-board computer swings into action, calculating where the medicines are stocked. Next, the picking head gets to right spot, and using a suction arm pulls the pack from the shelf. After which the pack find its way onto a conveyor belt and the drugs are delivered to the technician.

Bulky and pricey they may be, however they have a estimate of advantages over human pharmacists. For instance, they can save many pharmacists the pain of rushing about stockrooms in hunt of medicines, and they can better focus on ensuring that the right medicines are dispensed. Also, these robotic dispensers are highly spoton because rely on the barcodes on the prescription drugs packs to identify medicines, thus reducing errors. And, a reduced turn colse to time is yet someone else benefit.

Perhaps, reduced costs and overall installations of such machines will take care of the woes of pharmacy technicians colse to the world.

What Kind of Camera Should My Wedding Photographer Use?

If you are in the process of looking for a wedding photographer, chances are you will soon hear the terms: medium format, 35mm, and digital. Those are the three primary types of camera systems currently used by wedding photographers. We, the wedding photographers, have argued among ourselves for years as to which camera principles is best. I'll start by sharing with you about the distinct camera systems and will then give you my conception of which camera principles your wedding photographer should use.

Medium Format

For many years medium format has been the absolute best option. A medium format camera uses film that is 3 times the size of a 35mm negative-- resulting in higher resolution images and beautiful enlargements, however, the cameras and processing costs are very expensive.

Primary advantages: high resolution negatives. Previously, the fact that a someone owned a Medium Format camera was almost, in and of itself, a sign that they were a true "wedding photographer" (due to the price of the system).

Disadvantages: high-priced to control (film costs are so high that some wedding photography books encourage medium format photographers to limit the photos they take); film can be lost or damaged during processing; slower to focus and operate.

35mm

For many years 35mm has had a bad credit for providing poor quality enlargements -- especially when compared to medium format. However, over the past 10 years the quality of 35mm film has improved tremendously. It is now a tasteless format used by many professional photographers, especially those who use the photojournalistic style and shoot close to a thousand or more images on a wedding day.

Primary advantages to 35mm: fast (easy to quickly focus and shoot during), much improved quality of enlargements (many people would have a hard time telling the incompatibility between a 35mm and medium format 8x10 enlargement).

Disadvantages: processing film is becoming more and more expensive, and film can be damaged or loss during processing. Many photographers that shoot film are now having the negatives scanned so that the files become a digital file.

Digital

Professional digital wedding photography has been a viable choice since about the year 2000 (although some would argue that date). The quality of digital cameras has now reached a point where I now feel digital has surpassed the quality of medium format negatives. Keep in mind there is a broad variety of cameras, and a "professional" digital camera from 2004 that cost ,500 new will not capture the quality of images that a "pro-am" (a camera targeted to advanced amateurs and also professionals) from 2010 that costs ,000 will capture. "Digital camera" covers a heavy spectrum of cameras and camera quality.

Primary digital advantages: instant retell of images on the back of the camera; no film and processing costs (although the savings is offset by the supplementary computer time required to process the digital images); more control over the images (i.e., a wee rotation or cropping of an image is quick and easy with digital but requires a convention print from 35mm or medium format). Many digital cameras surpass the quality of even medium format.

Disadvantages: technology changes rapidly over time and cameras soon are outdated (although this doesn't necessarily follow you, as the consumer). Memory cards are easier to lose than rolls of film (if your wedding photographer uses a digital camera, ask them how they make sure the photos arrive safely back at the studio).

So, which camera principles should my photographer use?

No matter what you have been told - all three formats are a viable formula for wedding photography. Some might be more high-priced than others, but they all Can furnish good results. The fact is that all three systems can follow in poor-quality photos, too. Many photographers use any of the camera systems. Some might use medium format for the formals but 35mm for the reception and ceremony coverage. Others will primarily shoot digital, but might bring film cameras as backup equipment.

This is the key: before signing a contract with a photographer, ask to see sample enlargements that were taken with the same equipment that would be used at your wedding. If you like the quality and color of the images, it doesn't indeed matter whether 35mm, digital, or a medium format camera was used to article the image!

Bi-Polar Disorder

Bipolar disorder is a very involved disease to many people, together with curative doctors, and rightly so. As with every other disease in allopathic medicine, there will never be a cure for bipolar disorder. You can't solely treat this disorder from the physical, and especially with harmful, manufactured pharmaceutical drugs. Plus, Western curative doctors admit that they don't know the cause of this disorder.

All disease and disorder first occur on the energy level before manifesting physically. Therefore, curative of all diseases must occur first on the energy level, the root or causative level. This is why no cure or curative of bipolar disorder will ever occur in Western treatment because Western treatment does not deal with energy or vibration, and the human body has an energy or vibratory body. Western treatment does not even deal with the cellular level of healing, which follows the energy level of healing.

In order to address a qoute (disease, sickness) we must first know what it is. You can only begin the curative process when you first "know" what a thing is. Every disease has an origin in which etiology teaches us can be studied.

Though an herbalist, my arrival to curative and health is wholistic and encompasses all realms of human existential makeup, together with the bio-magnetic sheath (human aura) or subtle bodies realm, i.e. Ethereal body, reasoning body, astral body, etc.

The subtle bodies pertain to the layers of the bio-magnetic sheath (human aura) that narrate to the physical, emotional, mental, astral, and spiritual levels of being. All living beings have an indiscernible but detectable energy field that surrounds them. This is true from man (human being) down to the animals and insects. This indiscernible energy field is known as the "bio-magnetic sheath" (aura). It can be detected and photographed with a confident kind of photography known as "Kirlian photography."

Okay, let's delve into the comprehension of bipolar disorder so that we may properly understand it in order to properly address it and help those who are afflicted with it.

Bipolar disorder is medically defined as:

"A major reasoning disorder characterized by episodes of mania, depression, or mixed mood. One or the other phase may be preeminent at any given time, one phase may appear alternately with the other, or elements of both phases may be present simultaneously. Characteristics of the manic phase are immoderate emotional displays, such as excitement, elation, euphoria, or in some cases irritability accompanied by hyperactivity, boisterousness, impaired quality to concentrate, decreased need for sleep, and seemingly unbounded energy. In greatest mania, a sense of omnipotence and delusions or grandeur may occur. In the depressive state, marked apathy and under-activity are accompanied by feelings of profound sadness, loneliness, and lowered self-esteem. Causes of the disorder are multiple and complex, often involving biologic, psychological, interpersonal, and group and cultural factors. Mosby's curative Dictionary, 5th edition (1998), pg. 196

Bipolar disorder is a depressive disorder. It is one of two major classifications of depressive disorders: (1) unipolar depression and (2) bipolar depression.

Bipolar disorder usually starts out as depression and slowly graduates to mania; and the depression and mania can involve alternating episodes, an up and down effect. Therefore, bipolar disorder is also known as manic depression.

In my original fashion, let's break matters down into pabulum so we can get a suitable and pellucid comprehension of bipolar disorder.

The word or prefix "bi" means: "Two; twice: bipolar 2. Occurring twice during: biweekly [Latin: bis, bi - meaning "twice."] Hence, "bi" means two.

The word "polar" means: 1. Of, measured from. Or referred to a pole 2. Of or near the North or South Pole. 3. Occupying or characterized by opposite extremes.

The word "polar" derives from the word "pole" which means: "Either or two oppositely expensed terminals, as in an galvanic cell or battery; either of two opposing forces. [Greek: polos, meaning "axis"]

The word "disorder" means: "A lack of order; confusion; an ailment."

From the above break down of the term "bipolar disorder", we come up with "a lack of order or an ailment of two poles of opposing soldiery or extremes (or reasoning states)."

Basically, bipolar disorder deals with a fluctuation of extremes on the emotional level - depression and mania. Depression deals with a saddened state whereas mania deals with an excited or enthused state.

Depression. Noun. 1. The act of depressing or health of being depressed. 2. A sunken area; hollow 3. The health of feeling sad or despondent. 4. Pschol. A health marked by an inability to concentrate, insomnia, and feelings of dejection and hopelessness. American legacy Dictionary supra, pg. 235

Depression. [Latin: "deprimere" meaning "to press down]. 3. A mood disturbance characterized by feelings of sadness, despair, and discouragement resulting from and usually proportioned to some personal loss or tragedy. 4. An abnormal emotional state characterized by exaggerated feelings of sadness, melancholy, dejection, worthlessness, emptiness, and hoplessness that are inappropriate and out of proportion to reality. The health is neurotic when the precipitating cause is an intra-psychic conflict or a traumatic situation or event that is identifiable, even though the someone is unable to by comparison the overreaction to it. The health is psychotic when there is severe there is severe corporeal and reasoning functional impairment because of some unidentifiable intra-pyschic conflict; it is often accommodated by hallucinations, delusions, and obscuring concerning time, place, and identity. Mosby's curative Dictionary, 4th edition, supra pg. 354

Mania. Noun. An intensively intense enthusiasm or desire; craze. 2. A reasoning disorder characterized by immoderate corporeal action and emotional excitement. 3. Violent abnormal behavior.

From the word "mania" we get the word "maniac" which means: One with an immoderate enthusiasm for something. [Greek: maniakos, meaning "mad", mania, meaning "madness.].

We also get the word" manic" which means: "Of, affected by, or marked by mania."

Are you starting to authentically understand the depth of the rock group, The Bangles, hit song "Manic Monday" now from all of the definitions supra? I am!

Monday is the day of the week that is named in honor of the moon; hence Monday is a corruption of Moon's Day. America may voice to be a Christian nation, but if you have eyes to see, you will and can see that paganism's mark has been left on Christianity and America, which purports to be a Christian nation. Not a Christ-like nation, but a Christian nation. There's a difference!

Monday has all the time been linked with emotional imbalance, lunacy, mania, and sorrow ("the blues") to be exact. In fact, the Latin word for "moon" is "luna" from whence we get the words "lunacy" and "lunatic." Originally, lunacy was attributed to the moon.

In chromatherapy, the color blue deals with soothing and calming and this color blue (especially light blue) helps us to relax and to calm down. This is very true! So if you have an irate and/or anxious or hyperactive child(ren), you might want to think painting their bedroom light blue so as to authentically impact them with this color's frequency or vibration.

The color blue is the antidote for the color red, which deals with passion, fever, and fieriness. If you are upset or angry, your aura becomes a tainted and unhealthy red color because on an energetic level you are on fire (burning up), and you begin to emit the frequency of this color, and in accordance pursuant to the law of attraction, as long as your frequency is the frequency of this color (tainted or dark red), you will attract other things into your orb or aura that matches this same frequency. You will attract people, circumstances, situations, and events that will keep you angry and upset and make you more angry and upset. This is true because all energy is cyclical and that which is cyclical is bound to come back around. Karma is cyclical energy coming back around to its source. So to help yourself calm down when you are angry or upset, have a room with blue (light or sky blue) walls that you can go into for a few minutes and just stare at the walls so as to "cool" down.

Actually, staring or seeing at anything blue or light/sky blue will get the job done. And if nothing blue or light/sky blue is around, simply close your eyes and visualize this color for a few minutes. It authentically works! The technique is greatly intensified when deep breathing is added to it. anything the source or cause of the anger, simply get a photograph of it in your mind, fantasize it disintegrating or turning into dark gray smoke and continue to blow the smoke out via your lips (perform 10-20 deep breaths); then fantasize the dark gray smoke all gone from your mind.

With each breath you release the cause or source of your anger. After the last breath, you simply say: "I have released" (this anger, situation, etc.). And because you don't want that negative energy to be lingering out in the Universe so as to be available to someone else, simply transmute it into confident energy with deliberate intent and you can do this by either imaging or vocalizing (via imaging see the dark gray smoke turn into a pure white or sparkling crystalline colored smoke or via vocalization say: "the negative energy I just released is hereby converted in confident energy and made available for confident use throughout the Universe - So be it!').

Okay, getting back to our field at hand, because blue (light/sky blue) is the color frequency of the Fifth chakra (Vissudha), visualizing or seeing at the color blue will help to balance (open) this chakra - the seat of communication, which pertains to higher creativity and self-expression, thus allowing you to express yourself (and truthfully and honestly).

We do express ourselves good when we are "cool" (cool-headed), calm, and relaxed. The color blue (and light/sky blue) has this profound and curative effect on us, all of us, either we believe in chakras and/or chromatherapy or not.

Now while the color blue deals with being cool, calm, and relaxed, the color also has an opposite polarity effect - depression or melancholy, hence a feeling of "the blues" which I'm sure African-Americans can narrate to, at least good than anybody else or any other so-called race (since today, the majority of Americans regardless of race are catching and singing "the blues" today due to the state of our union [government, society] and our personal unions with self (inner and outer) and other people).

From my personal study I have discovered that depression and melancholy influence the liver organ and vice versa. The psycho-emotional aspect of the liver corresponds to the negative emotion of anger; thus anger (and madness) market in the liver (the tissues of the liver).

It is the consumption of alcohol (spirits) that releases the evil spirits of anger and madness that are stored in the liver in the someone who consumes alcohol. It is very base for drunk or inebriated people to come to be very upset, angry, or mad shortly after reaching this imbalanced state. This is because the alcohol serves as an instigator for the release of these stored negative emotions that the drunkard or drunk someone has been carrying for some time (perhaps dating back to childhood or the adolescent years).

Because alcohol is an intoxicant (a toxic substance; a pollutant of the blood and thus the body), it not only pollutes on the corporeal level, but also pollutes on the subtle body level. The aura becomes a dirty dark red color, in addition, slight portals (gateways) open up within the aura which allows negative or dark spirits (ethereal beings) to enter the person's energy body and thus take the someone under their control, mainly on the mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This is why the Ruler's imps (government) say that you are "under the influence" of alcohol when you are drunk. It's not the alcohol that influences your mind, as alcohol taints the blood, as it is a poison. It is the dark spirits (ethereal beings) that influence the mind. Liquor market appropriately sell alcohol in the section called "Spirits."

Popping the top of a bottle of alcohol allows confident spirits (genie) to come out, like in the story of Aladdin, except the spirit (genie) here in this situation is not benevolent.

In Islam, we observe that genies (called "Jinn") are either malevolent or benevolent. The Universe is filled with dark and light beings or entities and both or on the scene right now though you can't see them as they are invisible, but nevertheless they are there on a separate frequency that if you tuned in to that singular frequency right now you would see them. The evil spirits are lingering around us waiting for us to get into a fight or confrontation, to come to be angry and vexed, to have lower chakra sex, to drink alcohol and come to be drunk; and to consume drugs and fade out of our minds. They love these types of activities as it feed their appetites. It also makes it easier for them to invade our energy field because these activities lower our vibration. Lower action lowers your aura and drinking alcohol to the point of drunkenness is sure to do such!

Growing up in the hood of South Central Los Angeles, it was all too base to observe males and females getting bent (as we say in the hood, which means "drunk') and then minutes or hours later, being involved in some drama, usually a corporeal fist fight.

I witnessed this with my own parents almost every Thursday night. My father got paid every Thursday from his job and my parents had a ritual of first taking the whole family out to dinner (usually at Bob's Big Boy restaurant or Norm's restaurant near Century Boulevard and Vermont Avenue), then to my paternal grandmother's house, followed by the local V.I.P. Article store (now defunct) to buy the latest musical albums (The Gap Band, Teena Marie, James Brown, Rick James, etc.), and lastly, to the angle liquor store for some spirits (alcohol) and cracklin' pork skins.

My parents would be getting along fine, just talking and laughing, eating fried pork skins (pork cracklins), and listening to music. I'd be in the bed and would feel like I'm in paradise due to the good music playing and sound of laughter from my parents. I was all the time happiest hearing, seeing, and knowing my parents were getting along and having a good time together. Nothing else surpassed this for me. Now of course, the worst times of my childhood was when they were at each other's throat like wild dogs.

Well, it wouldn't be too long after all that Thursday night partying, eating swine flesh, and drinking alcohol that my parents would be at each other's throat, and it would all the time be my mum who would start the madness. She was borderline alcoholic though she didn't drink every day. She drank often, mostly on weekends (which sort of began for us on Thursday), but not everyday.

My mum used to remind me of Sue Ellen Ewing from the hit television series, "Dallas", which just happens to be my all-time popular television show (thanks to J.R. Ewing, played by actor Larry Hagman).

Sue Ellen would be just fine when she didn't drink, but once she started to drink, she was a mess, and that was my mother.

Alcohol all the time released anger in my mother. She would start up by cursing up a storm (usually in response to my father saying something about one of her family members or by just saying something that obviously pissed her off).

The next thing you know she'd be throwing things (ash trays, pots and pans, drinking glasses, the telephone, etc.) and knocking pictures down from the wall. The woman authentically physically tore the house apart. Even as a slight boy, I could all the time deduce that my mum only acted like that after she drank alcohol. This impressed upon me at a young age to never drink alcohol; and after sipping on a few of the wines and spirits in my parents' bar just to perceive the taste of this stuff that negatively impacted my family, I never drank alcohol - No wine, champagne, whiskey, rum, scotch, gin, etc. I stayed away from that junk because I saw how it made people react. I saw the harm that followed from drinking this crap.

It's funny how the government is all the time talking about regulating people for purposes of "public safety" (or group health and order) but will not ban alcohol, cigarettes, and pharmaceutical drugs which together kill two million people per year.

And now that I know why my mum used to come to be upset and angry after drinking alcohol, I am able to aid and help people heal on the energy level in general, the emotional level in particular.

Some people tell me: 'Oh Djehuty, one glass of wine won't hurt!" My acknowledge is: "I'm sure one glass of dog piss wouldn't hurt either, but over time you'd have some serious health problems because the fact of the matter is, the stuff does not belong in your body."

Drinking alcohol taxes the liver while it tries to filter alcohol from the blood stream. Again, liquor adversely affects the liver.

Now let's look at the word "melancholy." Melancholy is defined as: "Sdaness; depression. 2. Pensive reflection. 1. Gloomy; sad [Greek "melancholia"]

But if we authentically want to find out the true meaning of the word "melancholy", we must deduce the word on our own.

"Melan" = black (as in melanin); and "choly" = bile (as in chologogue, a substance such as an herb that stimulates the flow of bile). Hence, melancholy refers to "black bile." But wait a minute! Bile is green in color! Yes it is, so what's going on here? Now we're getting somewhere in our comprehension of things.

The word "melancholy" derives from the word "melancholia" which is defined as:

Melancholia. A reasoning disorder marked by severe depression and apathy
[Late Latin: Melancholy.] American legacy Dictionary, 4th edition, 2001, pg. 529

Melancholia. 1. greatest sadness; melancholy. 2. Obsolete, the major affective depressive disorder. [Greek "melas", meaning 'black', + "chole", meaning 'bile'] See also Bipolar Disorder; Depression. Mosby's curative Dictionary, 3rd edition, 1990, pg. 738

Clearly, bipolar disorder, from a curative standpoint or point of view is a form of reasoning retardation coupled with depression.

The Causation of Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder is a Seventh chakra (Sahasrara) imbalance, usually immoderate chakra energy.

"The Seventh (or Crown) chakra is the place of Nirvana - relaxation from opposites - and is considered to be the realm where the personel soul and the Universal Soul are One. This is the realm of the total union of Shiva and Shakti, of all opposites and conflicting tendencies within oneself and between self and the cosmos." Ashoki Bedi, M.D.

From my perceive with people with bipolar disorder, all of them had a deep spiritual side, but unfortunately, it was disconnected from reality. Take Larry for example. Though bi-polaric, he was very spiritual but was greatly disconnected from reality because he believed he was Jesus Christ, the Messiah. Larry is Jewish (Caucasian Jew) but considered himself a Messianic Jew (a Jew who believes in and accepts Jesus as the Messiah).

Larry was commonly a happy guy, especially when things were going his way and he had hundreds of thousands of dollars in the bank and could afford his limousines and pretty women. But whenever things didn't go his way or some type of stressful situation would arise, Larry would lose it. He would freak out! He would run to the bottle and get drunk and would be a perfect mess.

"The health is neurotic when the precipitating cause is an intra-psychic conflict or a traumatic situation or event that is identifiable." Mosby's supra.

Larry's bipolar disorder was neurotic and not psychotic at all, at least from my observations when working with him.

Larry had two stages that I noticed. First, all would be okay and he would be taking his medication (pharmaceutical drugs). Secondly, after some traumatic situation would occur, he'd fall apart and run to the bottle.

While inebriated, he would be very angry and upset, usually at government. Though drunk, his discourses were all the time spiritual. It's strange because in his anger and inebriated state, he spoke a lot of spiritual truths, something a lot of "normal" drunk people don't do. They may speak truth while drunk (like my mother), but rarely is it spiritual truth.

Bipolar people that I have dealt with over the years have all the time acknowledged the spiritual. This is how I personally know bipolar disorder is partially a Seventh chakra imbalance because the Seventh Chakra is our spiritual center, our link to the Higher Self, our divine nature.

However, characteristics of the immoderate Chakra energy personel include:

Constant sense of frustration

Unrealized power

Psychotic, depressed, or manic-depressive

Frequent throbbing head headaches

Destructive

Sexual expression

Sometimes passionate, sometimes distant

Joy Gardner-Gordon, in "Pocket Guide to the Chakras" gives us the following example of an immoderate Seventh Chakra energy personel (which authentically describes Larry to a T):

"This psychotic man imagines that he is Jesus Christ. He has delusions of grandeur as he attempts to enlist his twelve disciples. He authentically does have the quality to see into the time to come and to read minds, but his skills are sporadic and undisciplined, and he cannot distinguish between his fantasies, or his paranoias, and reality." Pg. 100

Because the Seventh Chakra influences the brain, nervous system, pineal and pituitary glands, these glands and organs must be addressed when helping the bipolar disorder personel and you Cannot help the bipolar inpatient or someone with these glands and organs with man-made, chemical, pharmaceutical drugs.

Drugs only exacerbate the problem. The human body is not made of drugs so drugs don't do it any good. They only toxify and pollute the body. The body identifies all that it cannot dispell as a poison and seeks to expel it from the body. Therefore, only natural things and substances from the earth can be used to help aid the bipolar someone or individual, e.g. Herbs, indispensable oils, crystals, fruits and vegetables, etc.

Larry had nearly all of the characteristics of a someone with immoderate Seventh Chakra energy. Larry all the time had a constant sense of frustration, he had enormous unrealized power, he was most authentically depressed and manic-depressive, he got frequent throbbing head headaches, and he was extremely sexually expressive (he was a member of incommunicable sex club).

It is very true about bipolar disorder individuals that one day they'll be very happy, on top of the world, and the next day or a few days later, they'll be greatly depressed like the world is coming to an end.

We must also look at the karmic and past-life aspect of bipolar individuals.

Bipolar individuals are borderline genius and lunatic.

In expanding to working on the brain, nervous system, and endocrine principles (pituitary and pineal glands), the natural practitioner must work on the liver of the bipolar individual. The liver market anger and bipolar individuals have a tendency to come to be very irate and out of nowhere and at a whim. For many people with mates who are bi-polar, this behavior can be quite frightening.

The natural healer or practitioner should also take into list the karmic aspect of bi-polar. Individuals in this present life dispensation who are experiencing bi-polar disorder chose their Earth vehicles replete with so-called anomalies and so-called defects so as to undergo confident experiences for attainment of confident life experiences for purposes of soul growth; in expanding to the fact of paying past life (or lives) karmic debt.

People who perceive brain disorders (such as bi-polar disorder) in this life are people who in past lives may have abused their brains, used their minds and/or knowledge for purposes of harm, manipulated the minds of other people, practiced mind control experiments; pulled the levers of guillotines (which cut people's heads off as a form of capital punishment), levied capital punishment against innocent persons, etc.

There are no victims in the Universe. We generate our own realities and fates via past and present life thoughts, beliefs, and actions. This is why I do not feel sorry for anything regardless of their condition, because I have spiritual understanding, over-standing, and inner-standing and I know that they played a role in creating and manifesting the condition, anything it may be, either it was in this lifetime or a old lifetime. Justice (karma) permeates our Universe and no action goes unnoticed or unreturned. Again, there are no victims, just participants.

Healing Bi-Polar Disorder Naturally

Herbs. I suggest using nervine herbs for bi-polar disorder. These herbs include Kava Kava, Passionflower, Lavender flower, Jatamansi, Chamomile, St. Jon's Wort, Valerian Root, Blue Vervain, Hops, Scullcap, Catnip, and Cinnamon to name a few. These herbs can be taken in tea form, capsule form, or liquid passage form and can be taken throughout the day.

Aromatherapy. There are plentifulness of good indispensable oils that are effective in the treatment and curative of bi-polar disorder and they include Neroli, Bergamot, Lavender, Jasmine, Davana, May Chang, Blood Orange, Linden, Valerian, and Melissa (True). These oils can be inhaled, burned in a diffuser, and/or added to bath water.

Crystals. There are plentifulness of crystals that can be used in the treatment and curative of bi-polar disorder, but by far, the best stone to use for bi-polar disorder is lepidolite. Lepidolite contains lithium.

Other good stones/crystals for bi-polar include Charoite, Larimar (Dolphin Stone), Sugilite, Amethyst, and Peridot.

The above crystals and stones are ideal for the depression aspect of bi-polar (and can be placed directly on the Ajna chakra placed between the eyebrows).

However, for the grounding aspect of bi-polar, I suggest the following crystals and stones: Black Tourmaline, Onyx, Jet, Obsidian, Hematite, Smoky Quartz, and Magnetite. These stones can be placed in any place from the bottom of the feet up to the genital region, or, around the body in a grid)

Crystals can be applied directly to the Sixth chakra (Brow Chakra) while lying down (for about 15-30 minutes) or can be made into an elixir (letting the crystal sit in water for a period of 24 hours, receiving both moon and sun light) and drank (a few dropper-fuls or 1-4 ounces).

Dherbs products that are helpful in cases of bi-polar disorder include: Full Body Detox, Brain Tuner (capsules, tea), Cns (Central Nervous System) formula, Anti-Depression elixir, Bi-polar-Aid elixir; Nerves formula, Anti-depressant inhaler; Anti-Anger elixir, and Nerves tea.

Dherbs services that can also help in cases of bi-polar disorder (for purposes of healing) include Chakra Alignment/Balancing and Hemisphere Synchronization Therapy.
